Sylvester is a member of the Looney Tunes. He is a cat who is obsessed with eating Tweety and killing Speedy Gonzales. Nevertheless, he remains a good friend of the rest of the Looney Tunes.
He is a resident of Toontown, and a good friend of Roger Rabbit and Eddie Valiant.
He was a member of the TuneSquad in their basketball game against the Monstars, using his skills gained chasing Tweety and Speedy in order to defeat the Monstars.
Furball of the Tiny Toons is his nephew.
