Joi is K's girlfriend. Unlike K, Joi is a fully robotic android. Joi is kind, caring, gentle and friendly. Joi helps K in his quest to reunited Deckard with his daughter and to protect Deckard from Luv. However, Luv smashes Joi's dot matrix, killing Joi. Joi's relationship with K mirrors Deckard's relationship with Rachel Johansson.
